I’m Dima — Dmytro Sichkar, a Python engineer in Ukraine.
I build and self-host the systems I use every day: a multi-profile agent setup, the infrastructure it runs on, and the small missing pieces around it, like Hermes Drop. I write down what I built, what broke, and what I changed because of it.
Background
About ten years of Python, most of them on backend work, with deep Django experience. Team lead since 2021. Django is where I learned the craft; Python is the language I think in.
How I work
Proof before autonomy. An agent, a pipeline or a person is done when they can show what changed, not when they say so. Most of this site is evidence of that rule — including the times I did not follow it.
